BUG: Renaming a video does not get picked up by WMS

I have a program to download a video file and it downloads it into the watched folder. It writes it with a temporary extension until it has completed downloading. It then renames it with the correct extension (ex: .avi). WMS does not pick this up. I don't think it is watching for file renames. I didn't have this issue when using Windows MediaPlayer for UPnP.
