Problems adding some files...

Hi there guys! I am a new user of this program and it is really great =)
But I'm having some strange issues with it... Per example, I've tried to add a folder with "Big Bang Theory S01", with avi files, and when I press ok and the server restart, the files don't appear in my list... Any clues? And with "Friends S01" all the files in avi, the program add them, but when I try to watch them in my TV, it says that "it can't play the files..."
Please HELP ME!!!
