Can we use flickr feeds in the future versions of WMS? http://www.flickr.com/services/feeds/
The picture information (EXIF: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exchangeab ... ile_format) could appear as part of the photo. And Convert the text in image.

I think it may, need only to find the appropriate ActiveX allows you to work with graphics, processing in transcoding profile (CreateOleObject).
