Wild media server (UPnP, DLNA, HTTP)

I have an mkv encapsulated DVD which used to work through WMS using the tsmuxer profile. I get a good thumbnail of the video but when I play the file I get 'playback not available'

I did a test transcode and copied the file to a usb stick. This works fine?? Can anyone help me with this conundrum please?
