Scheduled downloading of links

Hi,
I've got a site which has regularly updated sopcast links (sopcast works well for me).
How do I get WMS to regularly update from this site without my intervention.

Link is loaded as a podcast, podcasts can be updated in the schedule (Settings-Internet resources).

Can you change your Sopcast channels using the TV ? I have to stop the WMS server and program and then start both in order to change to another channel.

Hi,
The RSS feed
http://www.myp2p.eu/feeds/nowplaying.xml doesn't work under podcasts.
Any ideas?

The links won't play as the videos below are non standard.
