Web navigation blank after upgrade to v2

I just upgraded from version 1.80.1 to version 2.00 and web navigation now just displays the WMS logo and the footer but no links for music, movies or photos. Is there something extra I need to do after the upgrade?

Thanks. Sorry I took so long to try it, but doing a fresh install of 2.01 fixed it. Thanks again.
