WMS & Panasonic DMP-BDT310EG

Hello,
I read the question manuonline put on the forum about the Panasonic DMP-BDT310.
I also have such a player. My main goal: streaming music from a share via the s/pdif optical into my AV 5.1 receiver.

On the 310, I selected the dlna client , pcm output. On WMS, media player settings either Samsung BD or other as advised in replies on manu his question. Other settings: transcoder LPCM, transcoder file params for music: s16be.
I also have chosen for dlna device v1.5
Results: silence, both on the hdmi and the s/pdif hardware.
Who can help me with the correct setting on WMS? What is critical/essential for playing music?
What file types on my share will work?
How can I check what part is working and what is not?

Thanks.

Philip

Hello,

Probably useful http://www.wildmediaserver.com/forum/vi ... =10&t=1411

PCM works strange (but works), so, transcoding to mp3.
