Wild media server (UPnP, DLNA, HTTP)

There are a couple of video streams GroovyVid offers. One is the RetroEDU stream

This stream was working for me at one time, but has not for several versions now and I cannot figure out why.

They also offer a MST3k stream
[url]http://99.198.118.250:8010;stream.nsv[/url]
I use the Movies-VLC-FFMPEG profile for that stream and it works. Using that profile for the RetroEDU stream does not work. When I select 'test transcoding' two DOS boxes pop up and are closed very quickly so I cannot read what's going on.

How can I get this stream working again?

I selected the 'read properties from file' function.
