DVB Tuner question

Hi,
I have a Anysee Tuner USB, DVB-C.
How can I add it to WMS?

ah very nice, is there some kind of manual / documentation, how to configure? cause i got it working in Windows Media Center.
but i cannot find any channel with your software.
I also have Cable region code "5555" where should I fill this in ?
there are alot of settings but which I need to do, i dont know.

DVB support with DVPiper (
http://www.cs.usyd.edu.au/~efax/DVPiper.html). I think, DVPiper does not support region code.
