Files can be added with drag and drop from Explorer, these files are not deleted when scanning
Settings - "Media-resources" - Scanning - turn on "Delete information about the media resource, if the media resource file not found"
Check the folders "All Movies", "All Music", "All Pictures". The folder "Media resources folders" - it's grouping folders (just links).
