Error upgrading - Complains about ffmgeg-1.dll

When upgrading to the latest version, it is complaining that it is not able release ffmpeg-1.dll. Is anybody else seeing similar errors in upgrading to the 1.10

If i want to uninstall and reinstall with the latest version, what is the safest way to preserve the settings?
