how do i get these internet tv stations to work?

Hello. I am new to WMS and I am trying to figure out how to view these internet TV stations:
http://wwitv.com/television/81.htm
for example, 3SAT and RTL Muenchen that are listed there.
Can anyone give me a detailed instruction on how to do this?
