looking for german tv and podcasts

Can anyone help me find some German streaming TV and podcasts?
I have found a few, but not much. I am also new to this program, so if anything has to be done other than just clicking "add podcast" and copying in the link you give me, please explain what to do.
I am most specifically looking for podcasts of the show TVTotal, or other Stefan Raab material.
Also would like a livestream of prosieben, or other popular channels and some explanation of how to get those to work with WMS.
