Wild media server (UPnP, DLNA, HTTP)

there is a problem that occured recently when trying to play some files. When I entered a folder with files, each one of them were shown without their duration (only 00:00:00). When I try to play these files I get a playback error message. I remove the folder from my media resources and try a rescan. Then I try to browse the folder the message "no information available for load" appears and the TV doesn't browse the folder. The message repeat about 20 times (the amount of files the folder contains) when I click "OK", but still I can't play any of the files (the problem with duration 00:00:00 reoccurs).
There is this property in settings -> media resources -> load file information (don't know what it says in english) where I tried different values for the first property (maximum size of...). Didn't change anything. Decreasing the value only causes the "no information..." message to appear while scanning.
Any ideas?

What about the properties of files in the main form of the program ?

It shows every detail : size of the file, duration, frame rate, scale, video codec, audio codec etc. if you mean this properties.
When I start WMS now there is a long list of error messages in the log (the bottom window):

access violation at address 009C9412 in module 'wms.exe'. Read of address 000003C0

and

Event: Load metadata resources (selected in the list)

I guess one pair of each messages for each file in my list

Settings - Events or Settings - Additional - Events - clear events settings

OK, error messages disappear in wms, but no file playable, and still timecode "00:00:00" shown on my TV for each file

What is the value of the duration in the main form of the program ?

most of them about 20 minutes (e.g. 00:19:25.21 shown in wms).
I noticed that movies with a duration > 40 min are shown on TV. But none of them can be played. Everything worked fine yesterday. Today it just stopped working.

Probably just reboot Windows, re-select type of device.

I was able to track down the problem a little. I reduced the maximum size of files to scan to 1000000 kB and now I can play at least the mkv files > 40 min but not all of them. With avi files there is no problem at all playing.
