Hello,
Yeyo wrote: I have a AM2 x2 CPU (two physical cores) and when I'm going to see a MKV film on my PS3 it must be transcoded. If I play 720p films everything it's okay but when I play a 1080p film I have to wait long time on "pause" until I can see it because it goes slowly. The CPU usage is only 60%, and the process is in High priority and the "Number of threads transcoding" option is in "2".

What I'm doing wrong?

Thank you very much and sorry for my english.
You can use Pre-transcoding - http://www.wildmediaserver.com/forum/vi ... &f=3#p3301 or use other transcoding profiles (for example Movies - CoreAVC)

Task Manager - CPU Usage History - pay attention to the CPU usage - run "Test transcoding" - pay attention to the CPU usage, in my case, FFMPEG uses all the cores

Task Manager -Performance - CPU Usage History (in my case, FFMPEG uses all the cores)

In the transcoding participates is not only the CPU
