Transcoding setup

Hi, i have a problem with play video at FullHD. When i want play movie at mvk and fullHD resolution movie incredibly jumps.
That i request users of WMS to write how to configure us WMS for watching movies at FullHd.
I have Sony KDV-40W5720 wifi conection to d-link router by "n" type connection.
Please tell with codek is needed, with is the best, what of kind of trancoding it is the best...
