Internal Subtitles with MKV files

Post by Squirble »

Hello everyone. First off, I want to say that this is a great program. I've tried about 6 different servers and this one so far is the best. I have 3 days left on my trial and I can not figure out how to get to stream the internal subtitle track of mkv files. I have a Samsung 40D6420 TV.

I've read just about every thread on here dealing with mkv files and subtitles. I can see the subtitle track in the file information. I've selected "Always transcode if subtitles are present". I don't know what to do. I reinstalled it last night to get a fresh start, as I've read that some people were able to get subtitles to work after restarting, but no luck for me.

If someone could give me a step by step on how to get internal subtitles to stream with mkv files i'd really appreciate it and will gladly purchase this software as soon as I can get it to work. Below is the file information. Most of what I watch is anime and they are all 720p mkv files.

Thanks in advance for any help.
