Choppy Play back on XBOX 360

Hi I have been experiencing significant choppy playback on my xbox. I also have a ps3 on the same network that doesn't experience this issue.
I have tried increasing packet size but that doesn't help the issue

For the XBox occurs video transcoding, for PS3 just changing container.

Im new to this i have no idea what you said and what that means.
Is there any settings that i can change or adjustments that i can make in my configuration to get it to work?
