BD ISOs on xbox and how to setup 2 different clients

Hi,
I'm using the trial version to test WMS.
My main interest is to have a central server for all videos (DVD and BluRay) and being able to share those with other PC's and a Xbox 360.
I've ripped my DVD and BD to ISO files and placed them in separate folders.
I've included the folders and the videos show up in the ISO folder under movies after completing the scanning.
I have no problem seeing the movies through at Web client in Windows 7. There is an issue with subtitles that are missing, but I'll look into that later on.
Also I have no problem showing the DVD ISO's on the Xbox, but for some reason I can't get access to the BluRay movies. The folders show up, but the m2ts files are missing so the xbox reports that no video was found. This is true even if I look for the transcoded file. It's simply nowhere to find even though the folder structure is visible on the xbox.
If I mount a BluRay ISO and manually take out the m2ts file and put it in one of the scanned folders, then I'll see the m2ts file on the xbox, and I can also see the movie. So I don't understand why the m2ts file is not visible in the BD ISO when the VOB files are visible in the DVD ISO. Is there anything special I need to do here?
Since I'm interested in both sharing the movies through a web client as well as the xbox, I'll need 2 different client setup. One for the xbox client and one for the web client. When I look into the interface, I can't see how it will be possible to configure 2 different clients. So the question is - can I have to different clients configured in WMS? Is it possible to test that in the trial version?
Thanks
Henrik
