Transcoding - Setup - Folders

Hello,
After buying a new computer and installing WMS on it, I cannot watch all my videos anymore the way I could before.
My device is a Sony TV.
Formally I could watch even transcoded Files in the main Folder. Now, I only can watch them in the transcoded Folder.
How is it possible to have all movies under the same root?
Where is a sensible manual for this issue?

Where is that "Watch Folder" menu item?Under Watch Folders, you'll see everything - both files that will play natively and files that will be transcoded. Under Transcoding you have many more options. For example, you could play a file natively that would have otherwise been transcoded under Watch. You additionally have the option of starting at certain intervals in time, e.g. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc. You can also change the transcoding profile used for a particular file, etc. If you browse through the Trancoding tree in WMS you'll see what I mean.
