Set language in the properties of the track ?

P.S. Problem in 0.72.2 ?
I have found solution, I set in font setup (you have as default font Verdana) script for west Europe a all is OK. For central Europe I have russian chars. It is go perfect now.
-----------
But there are some another problems.

1. I have not network drives in folder My Computer. These drives are mapped by me as V:,W:....
When I try add this mapped drives to watched folders, only slash ("\") is added, without any char.
I can add this to watched folders with complet network path, but scanning this path is not needed for me (very long time)
I have a direct access to NAS from Ziova, need not media server, but I must save to NAS only files with native support of player.
This is no problem, only information...

2. DVDVideo.

Player has native support for DVDVideo as image - ISO, has native support for folder structure.
ISOs are added as media, unpacked to folder structure, I can see main IFO, click on this and I see chain1,chain2 etc.
I have not menu. Its go to main film and thre are no DVD navigation and I cannot choose audio etc.
The same is about removable media - DVD, film I can play, but only wth first audio, or as VOBs, no menu.
When DVDVideo is as ISO direct copied on drive in NAS, this is played as right DVD, the same is for folder structure, but must be clicked on IFO.
Make I something wrong ?

3. Transcoding.

Are always files streamed without transcoding, when their extender (f.e.AVI) is listed as embedded ? I must test it, but I think DIVX3 (I have native ) no and files with more audios no too.
But I need more tests, is going well only 5 hours. :D :D

When you add a mapped drive, the program asks for a network path for a mapped drive, now this is a problem, will be fixed in the next version (0.72.3). Thank you for reporting this issue.

Now I do not know of devices that supports iso-files in the given technology. The program has its own support iso-files, for the device iso-files are presented in the described form. Perhaps your device will work with the iso-file directly. To check to rename iso-file, for example, in iso9660, add the registration iso9660-files, but I do not know the desired mime-type, possibly application/x-iso9660-image.

You can choose to view the film through Transcoding folder, choose audio track, subtitles, and much more.

DVD Video.

Once again.

My player play direct ISO file with DVDVideo. Click and menu of DVD video is started.ISO can be placed on HDD, netword drive and removable drive too. F.e. on one optical disk I can have more DVD video, saved as ISOs and burned as data.

The same is for folder structure, on disk I see all needed files, IFOs and VOBs. I can click on VOB and video is played with first audio. I can click on IFO and disk is started, it goes to menu.

When I use Wild, then I see one IFO and VOBs. When I click on IFO, nothing is played, but cells of DVD video are listed, I can click again on first, all DVD is played or on another cell - this is a chapter I think.

I cannot start menu

Unfortunally I didnt understand how start DVD with menu.

This technology does not support DVD-menus, the device does not see DVD as a whole DVD, it sees it as a set of folders and links to parts of DVD.

OK, support this technology streaming file as file ? On XP I use SMB sharing and DVDs are played, on Win7 is sharing dead.
I tried with Fuppes application/octetstream as mime type etc. but player see no iso files.

Transcoding

Problem is in resolution. I have set changing resolution as minimum, proportional to screen and I have checked all resolutions on the table.
Format 16:9.
I play AVI 640x480 and this is transcoded as mpg (main profil as I set) to 704x406. 640x480 is not in table. It is no good.
The same is for all resolutions, which do not have 16:9. But AVI have not information of PAR and files must be played as is. PAR is given by resolution.
Files in player are upscaled and converted to 1080p50 or 1080p60 (1080p24) automatically by source FPS.

Test file http://rapidshare.com/files/341913685/aAVI_ac3_dts.rar
It has two sounds DTS and AC3. (3 mega)

Hm...

I do not know why "If original greater".

When video have 1280x960 (2x), why make downconversion to 704x406 ?????????????

The best is : if (video= AVI and codec= MPEG4 ASF) = never conversion.

AVI is embedded, has native support.

Yes, of course, so you can write in your transcoding profile

If the avi are supported and there is no subtitle (or switched off mode "Always perform transcoding when subtitles are found"), then the avi-file is transmitted without transcoding
