Try turn on "Min and max video bitrate limitation" (Settings - Transcoder - "Codecs, frame" - Video or Settings - Server - choose a device - Edit - Settings - Transcoding - Video)

yep, stil the same. it looks like it doesnt cope with the m2ts files at all!
any other suggestions?
I could try cable, but then I need to get a trial code for it.
