While performing the script install (top of this thread) i said yes to clear current scripts instead of no (i'm a dum newbie). It was all of the default scripts that came with the fresh install. I cannot get podcasts to work, could that be the source of my problem? Is there an easy way to get the original scripts back in place without having to reinstall?

Close the program
My Computer - C:\Program Data\Wild Media Server - delete wmsprocm.cfg (Windows 7)

Will this kill the scripts that i have loaded (eg StreamDB, JLC's channels and wwwitv)?

Thanks for the help. Having problems getting podcasts to work. My TV either says "File format not supported" with some trancode profiles or the TV just restarts (i assume it crashed) back on standard TV mode (ie not playing from the media server). Is there any of these scripts that i should have turned on to make podcasts work? I have StreamDB, JLC channels and wwwiTV checked in the profiles page but no others. Or is my problem with podcasts unrelated to these scripts?

I think it needs more concrete information (StreamDB, JLC channels, wwwiTV, link)

I searched the forum for a "How to" for podcasts but didn't find anything. I have tried podcast with many different trancode profiles with minimal results. 99% of the podcasts dont' work. the few that i have managed to work were with the tsmux movies transcode profile but that isn't consistent either. I am mostly trying to get the dailymotion podcast work as my first test. Is there a basic tutorial on how to set up WMS for podcasts somewhere? By the way i am enjoying the program and if i can get a little more comfortable with using it i intend to buy. My biggest complaint would have to be that the documentation / help is a bit difficult to understand in some cases. If you had some "How to" tutorials it would be helpful for novices like me.

Each podcast has instructions on its installation. If 99% does not work, then perhaps luck was against you :)
