3D content

Post by naveenmah »

Hi!
I have got Samsung 3D TV and now I am looking for 3D content.
while searching I came across the site http://store.yabazam.com/
This site has got some 3D stuff encoded in the format .TriDefMovie
To play this format Tridef player is required(http://www.ddd.com/index.html)...

Just wondering if these Tridef 3d movies could be streamed with WMS?
and just in case if anyone has got some pointers for getting good 3d content pls. let me know...

Moreover there is some 3d content in youtube... 3d files comes up on searching yt3d in youtube. Pls let me know if this can be added in youtube podcast as 3d folder?

Thanks
Eugene

Have you checked playback via USB?
WMS - a server, for it is not necessary to know the content is 3D or normal.

Yeah i have tried with USB. It does not work. TV does not recognize the file.
That's why i was wondering if WMS can transcode these files to some more friendly format.

thanks

3D without 3D, frankly, I think it's a bad idea.
