PANASONIC P50VT20E Subtitle problem

Hi,
I have a panasoniv VT20 3D. When i play MKV/DVD/ISO/AVI al work fine and it does the job good. Now here is the problem.
When I enable SUbtitles through Tanscoding, the subtitles are show but my video/ audio stutters every 4 seconds. When i disable the subtitles all is playing smooth again.
Anybody know why that is?

Resources of your computer is not enough to transcode on the fly.

Thank for yourreply.
Funny you say that. My server quad-core 4GB memory. I have checked the machine whil that happens.
CPU is idle disk is also idle.

Tried to use the pause on remote control ?

Yes did but no effect.
Another think is that de sub look strange on the screen.
Noone has similar problems?
