When I press settings--profiles, in the "transcoder list", I can add and setup "transcoders\rtmpdump.exe".
But in the "transcoder profiles list", I cannot setup "transcoding parameter" for rtmpdump.exe , can you help me?

Youku do not use rtmpdump.exe. You need to add rules for rtmpdump.exe in your firewall program, if you have a problem with the test transcoding (MTV, FOX, ...).

changed the TC profile to TS Muxer and now it works!
