Apparently there is OctoshapeClient.exe that can redirect the output to VLC. I am not sure how to make it work with WMS

OctoshapeClient kicks off VLC when used like octoshapeClient.exe -url:octoshape://octo.freedocast.com/gtcdn.freedocast.maamusic.auto. I am wondering whether WMS can pick up the stream to transcode.
