BBC Iplayer with Expat Shield

The last script won't work for me, I doesn't start the program at all. The references to the *.exe file are OK. but I am content with my *.bat solution.

Any chance you can help. Im new to this meadia streaming and i have also expat shield. i was wondering if you or someone can give me step by step list on how to watch the iplayer on the tv via wild media server.
