Eugene,

I've done everything in that already, http request brings back page from BBC (see attachment, I've restore folders, deleted and readded the podcasts numerous times.
The firewall/antivirus is all switched off.
That is why I suggested sending you my logs as, I would of hoped that this would contain some information that would be of help.

List [Movies] - select video - right click - "Load file properties".

Tried attaching the full Logs but wouldn't add as an attachment (495K).
There's no errors when selecting just errors in wms logs browser.
Which other message types are you interested in seeing or can I email you the whole logs directly?

I'm clutching at straws here, 'cos I went through all this frustration myself - exactly the same processes, as you will see from earlier. It is the Op System / PC combination at fault. My problems disappeared when I loaded Win 7 (on same PC). All I can say is that it's worth persisting - there is so much content now with iPlayer, ITV Player & SeeSaw. Maybe try loading Windows in SafeMode with networking, or Directory Restore mode (from F8 at POST) . . ? I don't usually 'buy' too much software, but the combination of WMS and WIN7 was worth the £80 or so outlay . .!

JohnCSS - I've fixed it - only by look and a little bit of help from you.
I took a look at the SeeSaw you mentioned and it said I couldn't view it as I had an old version of IE.
I updated IE8 but first it said I had to do some updates so it downloaded WindowsXP-KB932823-v3-x86-ENU.exe
I installed this and IE8 and amazingly it now works!

Thanks for mentioning SeeSaw!

Regards
Kevin.

Glad you fixed it.
WMS is indeed an excellent product - well worth paying for software like this!.
Not all SeeSaw content works all the time, however, as Eugene mentioned but I suppose it will in time. Streamed TV archive content seems to be the future - ITV Player offers masses of archive, but, as I have a Sony Internet Bravia TV, I get iPlayer direct to TV now since BBC enabled it a few weeks ago.
Enjoy.
