1.) what do you mean? A go-to-function in player? S370 doesnt have one. I mean, forwarding works, but with no sound. With mkv oder audiofiles no problem. The avi-files are transcoded for subtitles. But even without subtitletranscoding theres no sound.

2.) not working. Tried that before. A message appears for a microsecond, but the playlist is not showing up.

In the PS3 is. Via the folder Transcoding you have a choice of playback from chosen minute.

What is transcoding profile is used? The player displays information about the current stream ?

If possible, attach an example of such a file (in archive) or just text.

1.) Transcoding-profile is movies (primary) for divx. The player shows accurate values (Divx, Mbps, Audiocodec (mp3 e.g.)), even after forwarding and no sound.
No-sound-problem affects not all files, but i would say 90% of the tested files.

Found the intervall-option in transcoding folder.

2.)
It is a simple m3u-file with content like that:

Code: Select all

D:\Musik\RockPop\Queens of The Stone Age\(2002) Songs For The Deaf\01 You Think I Aint Worth A Dolla.mp3
D:\Musik\RockPop\Queens of The Stone Age\(2002) Songs For The Deaf\02 No One Knows.mp3
D:\Musik\RockPop\Queens of The Stone Age\(2002) Songs For The Deaf\03 First It Giveth.mp3
D:\Musik\RockPop\Queens of The Stone Age\(2002) Songs For The Deaf\04 A Song For The Dead.mp3

D:\Musik\RockPop\Queens of The Stone Age\(2002) Songs For The Deaf\06 Six Shooter.mp3

If there is a problem in the content, which is not transcoded, it is a problem player, the server simply transfers the file with position, specified player's

Files are playing perfectly from stick and with WMP12. So, its not the player.

I've created playlists like that. Working good. But there's the problem with stopping. Not reproduceable, not wtih the same files. Mentioned it some posts above. Any hints on that?

Nevertheless its working with folders. Maybe an update from your server solves the problem. Maybe i reset all configurations and setting up again from stock. Changing and trying a lot recently. Perhaps its twisted somehow.

1. Added device configuration "Sony BDP-S370/S470/S570/S770 (DLNA, 16:9, 720x406)".
