It worked ok on vista , I now have windows 7..firewall is off McAffee firewall allowed.... same log msg. when turned off.

1. Control Panel - System and Security - Windows Firewall - Allow a program through Windows Firewall
2. Click "Change settings"
3. Allow another program...
4. Choose "Wild Media Server (UPnP, DLNA, HTTP)" or click Browse - ?:\Program Files\Wild Media Server\wms.exe
5. Click Add

Eugene,
I would like to warn on you on one problem.
At the installation of WMS, you get Windows Firewall message and then "wms.exe" is allowed. OK.
But when you afterwards select that WMS should install as a service, WMS suddenly gets blocked by firewall and TV/player does not recognize DLNA server - without any major warning.
After investigation I finally found that problem is that "wmssvc.exe" is not de-blocked in Windows Firewall, if you allow it manually, then everything works again.
Please correct this in new version, it's quite unpleasant.

The program warns about this in Message log. I do not like programs, that are changing the rules of Windows Firewall, but I think about this.
