German Public Broadcasting podcasts

Hello together.
I'm completely new to WMS. I was looking for a Media Server that can stream podcasts, and WMS does this perfectly, at least for audio. However, i can't get most of the video-podcasts from the german public broadcasts channels (ARD and ZDF) to work.
Some work, like this one:
http://www.zdf.de/ZDFmediathek/podcast/ ... ew=podcast
But most dont:
http://www.zdf.de/ZDFmediathek/rss/500?view=rss
http://www.daserste.de/podcasts/mam_dyn ... amente.xml
It seems like i need some kind of scripting for WMS, but i couldn't find any tutorial or documentation for that.
Can you help me? Perhaps give me an example how to do it for one feed, so i can do it for the others myself?
I think this would be a very cool feature for all german-speaking users.
Btw, here are the links to the actual websites:
http://www.zdf.de/ZDFmediathek/hauptnav ... ?flash=off
http://www.ardmediathek.de/ard/servlet/content/3474442
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.
PS: There is already a open source project that does something similar with those feeds, but cant stream them directly:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/zdfmediathk/
