This feature already exists within the program. Right click on the resource or folder, select client device access.

I would like for you to consider adding the DATE to the message log file. As it is today only the TIME is displayed, and I was unable to find an option of how to log the date as well.

I think to be confused with the button Renew. Most likely will be added scanning function in the processing of media resources and you will be able show the button to the main form.
