I might be wrong, but weren't you supposed to send the device code you already have, so an activation code could be sent for that device?

So, you should have the device code already in there.

Apart from uninstall through windows, I can't think of anything else.

Hi, I have a Sony W5500. I have tried the thumbnail setting, but it doesn't increase the size of the folder on the TV.

I think this is a setting in the actual TV & cannot be changed.

That seems better, some are working, but some give "error number -2"

Hi, now I can't use BBC iplayer.

I have tried different Transcoding profiles. Removed BBC iplayer from podcasts, then putting it back in. Any ideas?

Youtube & gametrailers work ok.

if I come out of the folder & then go back in, it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Although, I said it wasn't particularly fast, I haven't go a problem with it.
