Is there a podcast for http://au.tv.yahoo.com/7-mate/ and http://catchup.ninemsn.com.au/??

I am using the existing yahoo7 and ninemsn podcasts posted earlier in this thread , but I cant seem to access the TV shows on the above sites listed
